Are these the right parts? New to the cooper gang

So after purchasing my first 2003 mini cooper S.

i have diagnosed the check engine light and it has led me to believe i need to replace the Harmonic Balancer and bypass valve.

After buying it im on a tight budget are the following parts okay to use

by okay i mean will they work fit not be crap and make my car run properly

or should i get these
