How much should I pay?
Hi all, thank you for all of your responses for my last thread. I have located a few dealers who are willing to talk to me about getting a new 2005 MCS. But all of them is trying to charge a dealer mark up from $3000-$6000. I live in Los Angeles. Is this normal? And where can I get one without any mark-ups. To me paying dealer mark-ups are a crazy thought.

it's not how much should you pay but how much are you willing to pay. You shouldn't think of it as a markup but an adjustment for demand. As supply is low and demand is high the price will increase on all goods. sorry for the econimics lesson but you shouldn't feel bad for paying a "markup" you do it every time you fill up your gas tank.
