For the gear box mount I went with the Powerflex polyurethane mount to keep some of the translation of vibration to the interior down while having a rather rigid motor setup. I was very happy with the result, seem to really stiffen things up, give a very nice shifting feel, and really did not add significant vibration to the cabin. For a street car, this is what I found to be the best all around setup.

I very much like your shifter boot and I LOVE those tail light , I wish they had then for the pre facelift. Mine is a mismatch of them as it's a late 04 car.

 

Well its bitter sweet, but this car is officially listed as of tonite on Bring a Trailer, have a classic mini pickup project that needs some serious love, and something had to give.
