so i got a mini magazine from my gf on my bday and a cool article about the rs style (Porsche) door pulls are mentioned. www.rennline.com sells them. check it out.
i want to know if anyone has done this and what their opinions are. i was thinking about buying a set but i dont know if the little light will still be visible nicely enough. that is my only concern is the light lol.

 

If you have the HK system dont get them they will not work. Other than that they look great.

 

that stink i wonder why. i have the harmon system guess i cant use them now.

 

It has to do with the fitment of the cover I think.

 

I didn't like the domed covers, so I didn't drill the necessary hole in the recess that would have been needed to install it.

I also wasn't happy with the fabric they used for the pulls, felt cheap, but I installed them anyways. After several months, I got some seatbelt material and made my own pulls, swapping it out didn't involve removing the door trim.

 

I like the idea, but it's kind of a t-rex arms mod. Maybe if someone made RS door panels that looked OEM

 

that is very cool and nice job with that. one question is how or what did you do to get the little metal button into the belt/strap.
do you happen to have the harmon kardon package btw?

 

Looks cool and racecarish, kinda reminds me of the porsche 911 gt3s i like!
