Access behind fuse panel in cabin.

Hey Guys.

I searched around, but I can't find this one:

How does one gain access to the REAR SIDE of Fuse and Relay Panel 2?

I want to check/test/replace Relay F: EHPS (powersteering) fan relay (k69923)

My PS Fan works when connected to power, and all the fuses are okay. I'm hoping that replacing the relay will fix it.

If anyone has a step by step would be super cool. I'm afraid of breaking plastic panels, because I know they probably snap together in a certain order. It looks like maybe if I remove the lower left seatbelt anchor, that whole panel might slide right out?

There are quite a few fastener tabs (see attachment). Note that what they call the "passenger side" means the left side (UK reference).
