I asked for an LSD, and looks like I'm getting one. Great !

If it's good enout for a Dodge Neon (STR-4), it's good enough
for BMW/MINI.

Gabe,

Are there any real good pictures of the new Purple and Blue colors? I have seen the ones on your website, but each one looks slightly different, so it is hard to tell what the true color really is. I guess we will have to wait to see one in person.

I hope the LSD is a Quaife unit. I really want that option as standard equipment. It is an option I have always wanted but never wanted to pay the cost to have it aftermarket. I am hoping the cost is in the $500 range. Heck the SRT-4 put it in as standard this year along with a bunch of other options and only raised the base price by that amount.

This is what's driving me nuts - the picture of the car looks WAY different than the swatch - much more blue. Argh.

Gabe,

The pic is aweful. The car looks like a different color from the paint square in the upper left hand corner. That is the difficulty I am having with these colors. The Purple haze sort of looks blue and then sometimes looks purple. The hyper blue sometimes looks blue and then in some pictures is looks like a steel grey.

and that's from MINI no less. Here's another someone posted on MINI2 from the UK configurator. I think the answer lies somewhere between the two.

Funny, even the pic from the UK configurator looks more purple than the one shown here when I pull it up. Pantone color number anyone?
