Your motor mount has failed. Common problem.

How much will that cost? Also is it pretty easy to install?

An OE 1 will just leak again. Get the Vibra-Technics version, a lil' over $200, but well worth it.

New OEM/OEM style mounts can be had from $75 to 100 or so...
I find (with my mods/driving style) they last me about 35,000 miles....
Install is about an hour, maybe less in a shop...
At home, might be a few hours...the bolt on it commonly corrodes when the mount fails...it is basicly an oil filled ball, with bolts sticking out, in a can...and overtime the rubber fatigues and tears....leading to a leak...some folks don't notice it when it fails, but shifting quality does suffer, and other issues may happen longer term.
There are other options....
TSW/waymotorworks make a solid replacement... Some like it, some don't...it adds a bit NVH, BUT is a lifetime part.
Vibra-techs is a nice unit, but payback might be too long for many owners...generally good feedback on it...near stock NVH, but longer life.

Look at the lower engine mount too, the stress of a bad upper mount can cause them to rip or crack. Both OEM replacements are cheap, I got mine at Pelican Parts but next time they go (and they will) I am going aftermarket.

Plenty of DIYs around. Pretty easy job with common auto tools. You will need an E12 torx to get the bottom bolt out of the upper mount.
