Be careful though, once you start modding, you can't stop. As Bram said the only thing you really should do is go a step colder with the plugs. I just turned 300,000 miles and I have been running a 15% for most of that time, along with quite a few other mods. I'm at the point that my next mods would be a head, cam, injectors, and a tune. And obviously this is my DD, I have not once been stranded.

Stop waiting, start modding

Oh trust me I know how the modding bug works, luckly me I ended up being okay with a wrench.

GTO started out as just a cat-back system for tone, and well three years later only way to get more is to boost or build a new block......but its okay I wont do that with the mini I keep telling myself

To be clear, you don't NEED a tune with the 15% pulley. The car will run fine and the injectors can handle it without a re-tune. However, you will get the most benefit performance-wise if you do re-tune after the pulley.

yes, no , no, yes
I've got a 17% on mine (2005 mcs) and that is the size that I recommend. I've heard that colder plugs are not needed unless it is modded further. I use the stock plugs and wires and coil and it works fine.
