Good cheap exhaust manifold/header replacement

Looking for a cheap replacement that does not cause a check engine light.

I have a 17% pulley, Dinan intake, Ireland engineering catback on it now.

The car is basically being put into commuter car status and the OEM exhaust manifold broke. I re welded it but with stainless being the way it is, it had some shrinkage and doesn't quite fit causing the entire system to not line up.

I've seen the Megan's and ther M2 but am not interested in the CEL being on all the time in the event I ever want to sell it.

Anyone have any photos of this? I am assuming I cut the stock cat off with the o2 sensors and just weld it to the flanges.. Any tips to get the angle correct? Like I said, I TIG'ed the stocker and it cause a huge misalignment if the rest if the system. So bad that I can't install the tips on my muffler.

Thanks

Also, what about o2 simulators? I haven't read about them much but have seen them mentioned. Will that solve the problem? Any idea where to get one?
Thanks
