I would buy this http://www.bentleypublishers.com/min...2002-2006.html
Then you can see if you can do this yourself. You might even be able to find another NAM member to assist.

The MSD will not come with these. You will need to source online or from the dealer.
No one can tell you this, as we don't know your ability. Everything on your list can be done yourself with some know how. Everything on your list could be done with basic hand tools.

Thanks bro I appreciate it the shop does amazing work but everything included was about 28oo I was like yeah no stuff I can't go ill go to them
oil pan gasket is one of the things every shop seems to try to sell, and I'll bet 99% of the time it doesn't need it. Replace the o-ring on your crank sensor and I'll bet your "oil pan" leak goes away too! The crank sensor leak runs down the front of the block and then follows the lip of the pan, making it look like the gasket's leaking - it isn't.
Try it, then clean the engine and see if it's still leaking.
I could not read your list clearly even blown up 400%, but it looks like they want to replace your power steering pump and fan and lower control arm bushings. If you're going to do this the easiest way is to buy the bushings on an exchange basis from someone like Way, then it's a simple bolt in deal, same with the pump and fan - but you'll need to drop the subframe to do it. It's not that hard and it makes changing out the bushings really easy - it also makes changing the axle boots easier. However, if you don't have experience working on cars, a good place to work on it and a decent toolbox, you need to take your car to a shop with a good reputation and let them do the work.

Looks like a crank sensor o ring to me. Mine looked the exact same, replaced the O-ring when I did the supercharger oil, cleaned it up, no more mess and it's been a couple thousand miles. The O-ring is cheap, just can be a pain to get to.
The power steering hoses, I replaced both, but if they aren't dried up and cracking, try changing out the clamps on the top and bottom and tightening them up. While you're at it, get some CH11-F power steering fluid, and a turkey baster. Suck out everything in the reserviour, refill and start the car and cycle through the steering a couple times. Repeat the process, will help get some of the old gunky fluid out.
Rubber grommet, get a few of them at the dealer, always good to have on hand. Remove the coil and replace. Check the number 3 connector while you're at it for corrosion, clean and use dyeletic grease on it and reassemble, no need to waste money on MSD.
Fan can be had at pelican parts. Will actually be newer with a grill to guard it.
Brake fluid flush, use dot 4, either do it yourself or have somewhere do it, shouldn't be too bad, you could use a motive bleeder and do it yourself as well.
If you're going to do control arm bushings yourself, it's a PITA, but not impossible, but don't get alignment until your do those bushings. Get them prepressed in the brackets, makes it much easier. Get new OEM sway bar bushings for the front at the same time since you'll be right there.
I had most of the same problems, plus a few more and I did them all myself without having worked on a Mini previously.
Be sure to check the How-to section, there are walk throughs for a lot of the stuff.

Check the how-to section of the R50/R53 threads. Some forum members have done an excellent job detailing how to repair and perform maintenance on certain parts and even included pics. From there, you should know if you can do a task or not.
