R53 Plug and Play headlights?

Hey guys! Long time no lurk!

So, there's about a million threads on if you can swap 2005-06 xenons onto a 2002-04 halogen. I read into it, and don't really want to go through all the wiring and adding levelers and washers to them..so that's a no go.

I'M wondering however if it's a simple plug and play to put the 05/06 HALOGENS onto a 02-04 r53. Seems like it would be simple, they just look redesigned, not reorganized in anyway. I swapped out my tail lights for 2006 tail lights already and we wired the reverse lights into place. I love how the newer headlights look a lot more clear.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

After your swap out the housings (I have no idea whether it will work or not, but I suspect it will), maximize your lighting with these bulbs:

It's an awesome bulb and is only 10 watts more than the stock bulbs so it won't over tax your lighting system or wiring.

Note: Do NOT buy blue or otherwise tinted bulbs. They rob the bulb of light. And do NOT believe all those nutty PIAA claims of 55w=85w malarky. Clear bulbs only by reputable manufacturers.

Thanks! I will definitely want some higher quality bulbs when swapping to the newer halogens.
