Rear Bumper Cover - need to replace

I just bought an R53 and the rear bumper cover is going to need to be replaced (it lived in a big city for awhile and is scratched all to hell). ANy suggestions on the best place to source a bumper cover? Should I consider replacing the rear bumper cover alone w/ the Aero Kit bumper?

i would honestly start by searching local yards for used ones, if that doesn't work i would search ebay and google shopping for new and used ones.

Looks like a new one is around $300. Think I can find one significantly cheaper? A couple of body shops I talked to on the phone indicated they might be able to repair w/o replacing. I may take it in to be looked at before I proceed any further.

I think it would be worth your while to get some estimates from local shops. My wife's Subaru had some serious gouges from being rear ended and the local shop did a flawless job. It's been several years and you can't tell it was ever damaged.

Be aware that the quality of work can vary. Have the shop show you some of their finished work. It done well they will be proud to show it off.
