Hey i got the silk Green with black top has anyone seen one? Dealer said everyone was getting british Racing green thought it wuld be different...

 

Electric Blue, White Wheels and Mirrors with bonnet stripes and as soon as the dealer shows me his magic book I'll be ordering the rally lights to top it all off. Also the leather in black and blue for the interior. MMmmmmmm Good!

 

I've ordered mine in electric blue with white roof, white mirror caps, white bonnet stripes and white 17" light-weight alloys. Lapis blue / panther black half leather seats, but silver looks good too.

 

Silver with black roof and mirrors for me. I think it looks more sporty than the reds and greens do. I think my 2nd choice would have been midnight blue.

I'm have a Pure Silver/Black MCS on order... after seeing pretty much every color choice in person, its my favorite.

I also have a Dark Green Audi... and honestly, I'm a little *sick* of the color... I still LOVE the car, but a *color* like Red, Green , Blue, Yellow, etc. are all something one will eventually get sick of.

Neutral colors like Pure white, Silver, or Black seem to last better with me. Also, they are always better for resale. Color choice is always personal... Neutral colors tend to please everyone.

Plus Silver is know to be the fastest color anyway

 

I am waiting for my Cooper CVT in Indi Blue with black top (and sun roof), packages one and two and leather. Have not seen Indi Blue over black; it should look great with the already present black lower body trim. Has anyone else seen one?

I'm trying to decide between IB with white or BRG with white. I noticed that a few people have the BRG with cordoba beige interior--does anyone have the black and if so, how does it look with the green? Also, iss the BRG too dark in natural light?

I guess the only good thing about having a long time to wait is that I have a lot of time to make up my mind (and change it again!).

Dark Silver, White roof & mirrors...17" all-season tires with S-lite wheels (silver wheels) - it's just too cool

 

Oh..and the sunroof. I LIKE that the sunroof "stands out" with the white top. I think it looks SO much better that way.

 

Chili Red with white roof and mirrors. Union Jack on top. (NOOOO chrome bumpers and no sunroof). Sliver 5 point star wheels. Tried to stay with the original classic Mini look. probably will get an S in a few years and go with BRG and white bonnet stripes. another classic color for the car

 

Indi Blue with white accents all the way! Can't wait till they bring the white tail lamps to the US, that'll be the icing on the cake!!! Definitely going to outfit it with rally lights and maybe somewhere down the road the Aero Kit!

 

I will be picking up my Silk Green, white top with sunroof, silver wheeled MINI next week! I am so excited. The first time I saw the silk green, I knew I had to go with that. As an Irish lassie, it's in my blood!

 

Pure silver, black roof.....premium package, sports seats and a spoiler.....

 

Does anyone know if color choice has any effect on EDP? I went in and ordered my MINI (not an "S&quot on 7/25/02 in Chili Red. Modified my order 7/27 to 16"runflats. They estimated the car would be here sometime in mid November, EPD early October. I modified my order on 7/29 to the oh so unpopular VELVET RED and the next day my EPD was 9/6/02. Any ideas? This is not final my dealer gave me until Monday to change anything else, I'm having a crisis try to decide to go back to Chili Red and get the SS+ or to can the whole thing when I relized that they are getting WAY better options packages in Europe. Chili pack would be perfect, nothing like it here, the Sports Package does NOT have the SS+, we don't even get the option of the part leather seats and the first package should just be called "Really Dumb American" Package!! Dear G*D it really should have that beeping "I have no idea how to park the smallest car in the country" thing. People it's not like it beeps when that Chevy Suburban is about to back up INTO YOU'RE parked car. THAT I might pay extra for. Now that's an idea, have my MINI blare like a fog horn and have all those SUV soccer moms p*ss themselves, everytime they decide to park ON my car.

I'm amazed that no one has mentioned the Pepper White Cooper. BEAUTIFUL color -- especially when topped with a Black roof. Saw one at a dealership here in Atlanta..and nearly stopped in my tracks.

Check out the Pepper White Cooper w/chrome bumpers and Black leather interior. NICE!!!

The Velvet Red is a beautiful color! And since it is "oh-so-unpopular," may end up as somewhat of a rarity. Keep us posted on your progress.

I LOVE pepper white! I seriously considered just getting a Cooper instead of an S just for that color!!! BUT, alas, I'd already waited that long and I like the S's interior better...so, I went w/yellow :smile: But I agree with you! They'd better not put Pepper White on the S lists of options anytime soon...I'll be upset
