Why are you waiting until next year to get your MINI? I know that they aren't adding any new colors to the S but actually might take some away. (making room for convertable colors). I'm just curious why you are waiting that long

east bay mini has a 10 month waiting list and that is the only dealership around my area that sells the mini s at msrp, that way i can save up around 300 a month and once i pick it up, ill have 3000 to put it all into mods, wheels, sounds and other goodies...

I thought they were adding orange, or so I've heard.

there is got to be more to this story than this... there are other dealers in the US who have them waiting on the lots to drive away... why defer such pleasure by waiting? life is too short... go for it.

Right, I don't know where you live but I only waited eight weeks for mine (Bill Jacobs in sunny Naperville, Ill). I know the West Coast takes much longer, but there's always shipping. I notice the Mini of the Hamptons has cars on the lot and has a $500 shipping special.

I'd NEVER support a dealer that charges over sticker price. If no one did they wouldn't.

Oh well, if you are better at deferring gratification than I am...but good luck regardless.

Check this thread and mini2.com. There will be a new MCS color (blue), as well as Cabrio exclusive colors.

I have quite a few customers from the west coast... some ship it, others fly out and take an amazing road trip back to break in the MINI!

I'm a East Bay MINI customer. You ask why wait ? The people there are top notch. Yes the wait did suck, 11 months 17 days deposite to delivery, but I'd do it again without thinking twice.

I was looking for a local dealer. It's less then ten minutes drive to get there. Durring the wait, they were more then happy to toss me the keys any time I showed up so I could go for a drive to get my MINI fix.

Buying experience was pure pleasure, not a single problem. All for MSRP. No add on hidden charges.

East Bay MINI is located in Pleasanton, CA
