paddle shifting

hey guys,

i was wondering what's the max rpm i can reach when i'm downshifting my 06 MCS from 6th to 5th (@70 mph on highway) using my paddle? it won't get higher than 3000 rpm at 5th gear. is that normal?

That should be normal based on the transmission's gear ratios. I think ours is 2000 rpm at 60 mph in 6th, so that sounds about right.
