Hello from Iceland
Hi there you guys. I am new here and I own a Mini Cooper S 05' This site is quiet new to me and I was told to register by a friend. I must say I love the car. Its a blast. So small, but so fast and it is so classy. Best of all the girls love it.
Here are some photos of my ride.

Very nice car,Iceland roads are made for the Mini
I was in Iceland a few years ago. I fell in love with the country. The roads are made for enjoying a Mini Coopers handling. Gas was very expensive so a Mini with the great gas milage is ideal.
I know you will truly enjoy your Mini-S and it is a great looking car.

Welcome to NAM! I spent a year at a radar site near Hofn in 1979-80. Beautiful country, I would love to visit and see more.

Yes I have some mods in mind. Clubs??? You crazy??? We dont even have a MIni dealer here in Iceland
My wife and I were married in your country in 2007 (on the shore of Jokulsarlon). We spent 18 days in Iceland, following the Ring Road south from Reykjavik, through the eastern fjords, into Akureyri, into the western fjords, out to Olafsvik, and back to Reykjavik. What a beautiful country!
We rented a Ford Fiesta, which was actually pretty impressive for being Ford's economy car. At least rentals have manual transmissions outside of the US! It was really a fun car to travel the country with, but I would LOVE to drive my R53 MINI on those same roads.
Anyway, welcome to NAM!

A Fiesta sounds much more impressive than my overpriced Chevrolet Lacetti sedan I had last time I went! (they said it was an upgrade to the Citroen C4 I was supposed to have...)
I had to ask.
No, not crazy, just a MINI nut.
From the postings, it appears you have some great roads for you and the MINI. Enjoy.

The roads are ok, but nothing compared to the roads in the US. I actually dont like it here because the speedlimit is 90 and the cops are everywhere. Also it is very windy and cold wind. I like it hot, you know. Hot girls, Hot cars and HOT WEATHER.
That's 90 Kilometers, correct? ~yawn smiley~
Come to Phoenix AZ during the summer, you'll change your tune. ~melting smiley~
Let's see outdoor pictures!!!!
