macleod, pm colinmini - he's got some great ideas on pool-ball style ***** that are inexpensive, and available in red too! I emailed him to check this thread.

Here are the ***** that I can supply. They come in black/white, white/black and this read/white. I don't have "S" 6 speed patterns though.

....and I decided to bite the bullet and ordered a Whalen 3 ball. His communication is like chatting with a friend and he's very quick I ordered yesterday and it shipped today.

You could buy a small lathe and some basic turning tools from Harbor Freight Tools - or Penn State Industries for about the same money as an aftermarket **** and turn your own. I bought the Union jack 5 speed insert from MossMini and turned a recessed area into the top for it to set into. You could also take it to a trophy shop and have it laser engraved with the shift pattern. You would have a one of a kind shift **** and another hobby to suck up all your free time.

I found this thread in a search for shift *****, decided I wanted a pool ball, checked out all the available options, gave them a lot of thought, read some more threads, contacted Doug Whalen and ordered this.

And for anyone reading this thread in the future, I really love the body color shift ***** - $55 and they come in more colors. It's probably my favorite mod - it's the only red in the interior of my car and it just pops. Exact same color as the outside as well.

I couldn't agree more. I really like doug and I'm sure when I get bored of my 8 ball I'll order something else from him as well

My Wahlen **** arrived today and it is beautiful. Aside from that I can see the amount of work put into it to allow the simple secure attachment. Well worth the price, as you turely get what you pay for.
