My 16 year old daughter got a speeding ticket a couple of months ago and has already seen the judge. She will take defensive driving this weekend and it will all be over. We had to pay over $100(administrative fees) and the offense will be on her driving record. See if defensive driving is an option. Also, don't do 80 in a 45. If you want to do 80, come out here to far West Texas where that is the posted speed limit.
