I think Robert's car is still an 03 - produced in mid-August. There have been some posts by UK people on MINI2 with some 04's, including a new PW MCS.

Where are you located? I'm in NY area, so I've got pretty good chances!

I'm in Boston, so you should definitely get your car before me.
Also, MA doesn't issue temp plates, so I have to wait until the certificate of origin gets mailed from New Jersey. It usually arrives a few days after the car arrives...... That means a few more days of waiting for me

btw any news on your car? I hate being in the "black hole" stage with no info available......

Nothing really. I gave my MA my programming options yesterday. He said it's at the VPC and could take up to an additional 2 weeks. I don't think it'll take that long. I bet I'll be able to take delivery either next weekend or by Monday of the following.

^^ My car sat at the VPC for almost 3 weeks--not to rain on your parade (I hope you'rs only pauses briefly in Jersey) but just to show that the whole process can be so far up in the air that it's anybody's call.

Good luck and MINIspeed!

Yikes! Perhaps their combs will be a bit finer considering the new model year? I hope not!

Also waiting in Massachusetts for my 04 MCS. I'll be behind you folks cause my EPD is actually this Friday. I'm figuring maybe by Halloween??

Hey KatanaPilot --- I've trained in one of those babys! It was a DA20. Just gotta love a plane with a joystick!

Hi Koopah,
Yeah it is my favourite plane. I am not current on it right now, and I really miss flying it.
We probably flew the same planes. East Coast Aero Club!?
I've flown all of their Katanas.

I hope I'm not too far behind you guys. Mine is at the VPC too arrived on the 19th. Now... the wait.

My dealer is in NY so I am crossing my fingers for a short VPC visit, a quick truck ride, and then...MOTOR!!!
