The car looks terrific to me, especially the picture with the aftermarket wheels. Try not to second guess........you did good! :smile:

 

Just going a little stir crazy second guessing the color decision, not having seen one in person in this combo...

Think this would be the case w/ any color choice -- this is actually my first brand new car; just want to ensure I've got everything just as I want since plan to drive this for a long time :smile:

 

Looks great to me, go for it! If I didn't get red I would have gotten the dark silver as well.

if i dint get red, would get DS

though if mini made a real yellow that would be my #1 choice

 

Don't worry, DS/DS is an easy color to work with for any appearance mods and even stock looks great with everything except maybe white wheels. You can't go wrong. Sit back and enjoy.

J-- Congrats on your EXCELLENT choice! I chose DS/DS just as you did, and have regretted in NEVER! (Before I ramble on, let me tell you I will post some pics for you, probably tonight, it's too early in the morning just now) First of all, DS is the fastest color. No reason to go into all the logic here, see other threads, and disreguard the "red heads'. The thing about DS is that it reads "classy" and at the same time it reads "sports car", at the sme time "timeless" and at the same time, "serious fun" and at the same time "sexy". Black is natural with DS and the pillars, accents and tires look great with DS. Also, the black rocker panels and wheel well edges are less doninate with DS. Chrome looks brilliant next to DS. As the sun begins to set each day, no other color looks better than DS. DS happens to hide dirt and spots well, that's a bonus. Most of all, YOU will look great in your DS/DS with a great big smile, ripping up the roads, and revealing your personal style!!!!
