Was driving home today, pushing my car pretty hard, going very fast. Anyway when I park I get out and my tailpipe was spouting smoke! Not a lot, just a little puff or two, and then I got under the car and some smoke was coming off the exhaust chamber... Is something wrong with my car? Or was it just burning something off? ARGGH! I am so worried.

 

This is most likely just residue of misc. gunk burning off. If it sat for a while before this or you just don't drive hard often, then this sometimes happens. Used to happen on my RX-7 from time to time. If it does it again, like the next time you drive it, then look for leaks in oil and radiator.

 

antsmini, you have more probs with your MINI than anyone I know. It's probably just fine, you were most likely just driving it hard and burning some gunk out of your exhaust system.
