For the way tirerack.com (The Tire Rack) handled a recent situation in a timely and courteous manner, I must give them the biggest "gold star" I can find. In this situation I just had to deal with, I must say, Alex as well as his managers at TTR have met every level of my expectation in dealing with the situation. I won't divuldge any details of the exact circumstances as that information may be considered private by TTR. However, if Alex or TTR wishes, they have my permission to recount the details of the situation online. I posted this in the MINI talk section as I felt it needed more exposure than to just the people who already frequent the Tire & Wheel section of MCO.

Thanks again, Alex! Cudos to you.
Dominic

Not that I had any sort of unusual experience with my purchase, but TTR does do great work, and was very helpful with my questions as well. I can not wait until next summer, I plan on visiting the Tire Rack facilities in South Bend IN, it is supposed to be quite the place.

I'll second that!!! I've been exchanging emails with Alex the past two days with questions about wheels, tires, and fitment issues. He has been extremly responsive and has been very patient with my questions. If every company treated people this way, their business would be doing very well. I expect TTR is doing quite nicely. It's the only place I'll buy from.

Mmmm... wonder if Alex and TTR would sponsor a Mini meet in South Bend? Lots to do and see... Centrally located between Chicago, Detriot and Indianapolis... The business park that TTR is in is beautiful... Mmmm.

Amen to that. I will never order from another tire company. I'd happy lose money to remain loyal to that brand and Alex is a fantastic ambassador. I went through about four different ideas before I finally placed my order. Now they're in and they look great. I get them put on Friday morning.

I had a problem finding one of those shitty euforias in Ohio over Memorial Day weekend. I raved about the Tire Rack then, and i'll do it again. Including cost of Fedex, they were almost 50% of quoted price from the MINI Dealer in Pittsburgh. There may be other vendors out there who can match prices and service, but if you are looking for tesitmonials that TireRack will do you right, here's another. The way to go! And I HATE testimonials. Then again, I never had a car dealer or parts dealer work like the Tire Rack did for me.

I have purchased 2 sets of wheels and tires from Alex. On one order I must have changed my mind 4 or 5 times. Alex was very patient and stayed with me until I was sure I had made the right choice.

Can't say enough good things.
