OK, I'll bite...just in case this is a serious post. Maybe you mean MANUFACTURING flaws such as seats adjusters, tranny linkages, boot latch, loose trim, anti-siphon valve, etc. ??? (all of which are covered extensively elsewhere in this forum). Maybe you mean to inspire a discussion of the difference between a design flaw and a misstep in the manufacturing process?

If you can be more specific, I'm sure that the folks on this board would be more than glad to give you their 2 cents

no, bmw actually plans to design the 2003 mini with even more design flaws.

seriously...c'mon give them a break. reinventing the mini for a totally different audience was quite a challenge i am sure. i think they did really well the first model year.
