My goodness, was it tacky decal day at your dealer or what? First the Woody, now this.

A Chevy is a Chevy. A MINI is a MINI. Please, please do not combine them....unless you are slamming an LS1 in the MINI.

OK,

let's use just a little bit of imagination here and this need not be seen a just a 'Vette knockoff. If extended to the rear of the vehicle, this could be reminiscent of the "Big" Healey two-tone paint scheme found on the Austin Healey 100-6 and 3000. Looks wicked in Black with Red, Arctic Blue and Ivory. Might work well with painted cladding on the MINI too.

I think it's nice, certainly better than the gaudy ricer paint schemes, decals, and body kits I've seen. Looks classy IMO.

I've seen worse. I actually kind of like it, but for some reason it reminds me a bit of a PT Cruiser. Probably just the pictures.

This design is definitely something that deserves a second look, or put in other words, it turns heads at the dealership.
I went closer for a better look see and the silver color was like cameleon paint. It had a red pink bronze hue at different angles. Neat effect agains the black background.
In person I thought it looked pretty good. Only one MINI was done up. I think it's nice that the dealer has the gumption to try these creative ideas out so we can see what it is like.
How boring to just sell the same old stock MINIs month after month without having dreams of a better more custom appearance. If we call this an accent panel and if it is available in various colors then that does add a whole new dimension of options for the exterior appearance to the car.
I like it. I do think it is better than the woody (which by the way had no trouble selling and generated sales of the woody kit multiple times).
One other comment on pictures. Sometimes the pictures are great and obviously look good. Sometimes not. Sometimes the pictures do not show what is there for various reasons or hardly show off the item. While these pictures are good, they are not doing justice to the various hues of colors that reflect off of the accent panel. Anybody want to come to Hawaii to check it out in person? The car is for sale.

I'd love to see more pics to get the full effect. When I saw it, I, too, thought "Austin-Healy"...but that's a compliment.

Then again, the MINI looks too much like the classic Mini
Maybe the classic Vette look was intended

No, for a Type-R look you need clear tail lights like ants'
