In an effort to help those considering colors: what's your favorite color combo OTHER THAN THE ONE YOU HAVE. (...I know we're all loyal to a fault to our own colors.) One of my favorites is CR/B. I saw a Cooper this color at a dealer and loved it. Also, I'm a big fan of contrasting roof colors, but I saw a CR/CR with sunroof and aero kit (also at a dealer)and it was really, really nice...solid colors cars are growing on me and should be considered more, IMO. If I had to do it over, I'd really have to take a serious look at these.

 

If I hadn't gotten my pure silver/black I would have gotten indie blue/white. So I guess that would be my fave besides mine. :smile:

 

Dark silver/black

 

I love my lapis-blue & gray seats and blue carpet and the only other color I really think they would look good with is PS. Because I'm in FL, I'd choose body color roof, but PS does look great with the black top.

 

I have Lapis seats w/ PS/Blk....... which is actually my 2nd favorite color combo

I really like the look of the LY/B, and the IB/W. These two are in a tie for second place for me. I saw an all black one at the dealer when I was picking up my car, and that looked amazing. While I think that the silvers look classy, I wouldn't get a MINI in silver. I tried pointing out a PS/B MINI to my wife one day while we were out motoring, and she almost couldn't pick it out amongst the other cars, she says they just kind of blend in, not really looking like a MINI. I think the sportier colors suit the car better, but please don't be offended if you have a silver MINI, I think they look good, it's just not for me.

 

If I didn't get PS/B, I would have gotten BRG/W. It looks very good especially w/ bonnet stripes.

 

I have a Chili Red/White Roof MCS with white bonnet stripes and rally lights. Love the look.

The other combo that I really like is an all dark silver MCS that has been chromed...chrome grill, chrome mirror caps, chrome boot handle, and R90 wheels with rally lights and black-ruled shadow stripes. Looks very classy.

Of course, I also like pure silver with black roof and black stripes and rally lights.

And the electric blue with black stripes, black roof, and rally lights looks good, too.

And then there is the ....

Oh, it's hopeless. :smile:

Well, my wife liked the BRG until she saw it in person. Too dark, and when did BRG become metallic?!?

 

I think that CR/B is a sharp looking combo.

My MCS will be CR/B. They (CR/B) are so tough and aggressive looking, IMO.

 

OK, I have on order a Chili Red / White.

but my 2nd choice is the Pepper White / Black.

and if I got the black roof I'd get the sunroof !

To me the Chili Red is hot and sporty and the Pepper White is cool and classy!

My Cooper will be LY/W because I just have to have a yellow car.

However, if this were not the case I think it would have been IB/W. I also really like the silk green/black, but that isn't available anymore.

My second choice would have been dark silver and black. If I did not already have a silver Miata, I would have gone that route. I always wanted a deep blue too so I went with Indi Blue and White.

This is a tough one, since I like just about all of the MINI colors and could live with many of them.
I have the EB/W, with lapis seats and magnesium panels.

My next choice would probably have been DS/W and then DS/B for MCS, followed by EB/B. For the MC, I love VR/B, and PW/B. I have also seen a few CR/B and like them, although they make the car seem bulkier than it is.

Bottom line, just about no matter what combo, ya can't go wrong!

my fav would be a yellow/black. but i want it to be a corvette/nsx/ferrari/ducati kind of yellow. not the hideous yellow of the mini which looks like its got too much white mixed in

I totally agree. I wanted yellow when I first saw a MINI, not knowing what the Liquid Yellow looked like. I thought it would be BMW M3 Yellow but noooooo :smile:

I agree Ryan, the other night I saw 2 nsx's one was silver and the other was yellow. The Yellow looked awesome!

If I didn't get BRG/W it would be DS/W or CR/B or all black.

 

I have IB/W.
As second choice I would pick DS/B
