Pulley, Intake, Rims & Tires - Pics & Dyno

So I finally got my Alta v2.0 S/C pulley put on, and boy I could never be more proud!

The intake is "custom", parts made by Spectre (found at Schucks). The filter is a cotton fiber, washable filter w/ 100,000 mile warranty. Not as good as K&N's warranty, but this puppy SCREAMS! I would get videos up, but my camera doesn't work with my comps anymore for some reason. >.<

The pulley also put off an exciting WHINE! I couldn't be happier! Not to mention the 20+hp gain!

Some more minor (yet very aesthetically enhancing) mods include:
Continental ContiExtreme Contact tires
17" ICW Mach 10 rims
Limo tint all the way around (shh don't tell)

About the tires:
These puppies handle! And boy do I mean, THEY HANDLE! No traction control + rain, usually = scary/fun. Well now it just = fun! LOTS of it! When you can drive aggressively in the rain w/o TC, you know you got a good set of tires! Also, they are the BIGGEST bang for your buck. See tirerack.com.

17" ICW Mach 10 Rims & Tint

Continental ContiExtreme Contact tires

cookie cutter cowl mod also performed (not shown well)

Alta v2.0 S/C Pulley Upgrade

And now, the Dyno!

(UNCORRECTED)
Pretty dang good for just a CAI and pulley, if you ask me!
BTW, the guys who did the dyno wanted to make themselves look good, so they used the crappiest run stock vs. the best run w/ new parts. Best stock run was 160hp.

Lemme know what you guys think!

Did you go with 215/45? That whine is your CAI, made a little louder by the pulley. Congrats on a successful mod session!

Yep. 215/45's. They ride beautifully. Helps that I get free tire rotation from the place I bought my wheels.

And ya, cat-back is next. Possibly custom. I want an exotic tone to it. No ricer-rattle, no fart can, none of that crap.

Haha yes, it's a beast to look at, but it does the job VERY well.

Yeah I have those tires on my Audi A6, they drive very well! Especially this winter! Quattro + snow = FUN! Parking lots and closed courses only, of course

Also, what size pulley did you put on? Those are AWESOME power gains from an intake and a pulley!!

Haha Dixon, you are mean! It's a heat shield! >.<

The pulley is the 2.0 by Alta, the 15%.

Sparks and exhaust are next! =)

And ya, I didn't expect such gains from just the two modifications.
