I'M SICK AND TIRED OF...... PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE MINI NOT BEING A ROCKET,NOT BEING AT A PAR WITH A FRIGGIN' RICE BURNER,LIKE A FRIGGIN' SUBARU WHATEVER....A DAMN MITSUBITSHI EVO LANCER.... A DAMN DODGE NEON....A TYPE "R" THIS OR A "STI" THAT,....SO I DID A LITTLE RESEARCH....I WENT TO A MITSU.DEALER THIS MORNING AND I SAW A LANCER EVO.....WHAT AN UGLY SIGHT!!!!THE F.,,,KIN' CAR IS A BOX...THE INTERIOR IS UGLY,(NICE RECARO SEATS ),BUT FOR $30,000,IS JUST ANOTHER SQUARE RICE BURNER...SO WHAT IF IT HAS BIG BRAKE KITS?....IT DOESN'T COMPARE TO THE MINI IN LOOKS,AND PRESENCE!!!!....THE STANCE OF A MINI IS SOMETHING TO BE SEEN!.NO CAR, I REPEAT, NO CAR OUT THERE,HAS THE STANCE OF A MINI...THE MINI S IS PRETTY FAST ALREADY FOR SOMETHING THAT SMALL...YOU WANT A ROCKET?,BUY A FERRARI!...HAVE YOU SEEN A SUBARU?,,,OH MY GOD!...WHAT AN UGLY PIECE OF METAL!!!..LOOK,I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST JAPANESE CARS,BUT COME ON!,STOP COMPARING A VERY NICE LITTLE BULLET,TO A FRIGGIN' RICE COOKER.....NOW,LET'S CHECK A DODGE....HAVE YOU SEEN THESE CARS?...THOUHGT SO!!!ENOUGH SAID!!!...CAN A RICE BURNER MAKE HAIR- SPIN TURNS?....HELL NO!!!....SO IF YOU WANT A SPEED FIX,HOP INTO A MINI S,AND WEAVE IN AN OUT OF TRAFFIC AT 70 MPH,(I DON'T RECOMMEND DOING THIS ,BUT....),AND YOU CAN APPRECIATE THE HANDLING OF THIS LITTLE BULLET. NO CAR OUT THERE CAN GET INTO SMALL SPACES,AT HIGH SPEEDS,WITHOUT MISSING A BIT!!!!!...I KNOW THIS,BECAUSE MY TEST DRIVE CONSISTED OF HIGH SPEED TURNS,AND HIGH SPEED "CUTTING PEOPLE OFF" (SORRY),IN VERY SMALL SPACES..LET ME TELL YOU,WOW...THE HANDLING WAS UNREAL!...I DRIVE A CHRYSLER 300M SPECIAL RIGHT NOW,ITS A LOWERED CAR,VIA INTRAX SPRINGS,265 HP,AUTO STICK ,V6,CUSTOM DUAL EXHAUST,K N N AIR CHARGER KIT,AND LET ME TELL YOU,THE CHRYSLER IS NO MATCH IN HANDLING TO THE MINI S.SO QUIT COMPARING A FAST LITTLE BULLET, AND A NICE LOOKING RIDE, TO A RICE COOKER!!!!! :smile: :smile:

Maybe he's hot and needs a colored popsicle or two or three.
No problem venting. This weekend I will let a Subaru WRX owner drive my MCS to see what he thinks of my mods- his girlfriend drives a new stock MCS.
My car has a madness intake, quicksilver exhaust and new rebored throttlebody not to mention killer stereo. I wish my light wheels were here but that might be next week. Let see what he says. I much prefer the look of the cooper to any WRX or Lancer. The MINI has great handling and "enough" power to match- it's not excessive- that's for sure.

I like my car. Others like their choice. Keyword choice. I wave to anyone who exhibts some personalization in their CHOICE (Excuse my Caps) of locomotion.
