big deal, you made a bad choice,get rid of both,less to dust.its not the car butt the people that drive the car that are the pain..

 

I like the new Beetles although I never had the desire to own any Beetle. I drove one on a trip to FL where they had them as rentals. I was a bit disappointed as ergonomically a few things didn't work for me. Although the Tutbo S. Does make me curious. It's too bad they didn't put the S package as an option on the convertible. A high powered, all black convertible might be enough to overcome the other thing.

What I am a bit po'd at VW about is I thought they were going to revive the Karmann Ghia. I guess technically with the Audi TT they did, but that was always my favorite proper VW.

 

New Beetles never really impressed me...they're a little too bulbous for my taste and I got a headache riding in the back seat of one. (..lack of headroom.) I was a big fan of classic MINIs though, so when the MINI came out I was sticken.

 

I agree with the rear seat headroom.
