Hey, I just bought an exhaust and was wondering how much do mechanics usually charge to install them. I might also have to modify the hangers to fit as well. I'm just looking for a price range for the whole process.

Before paying to have it installed, check with your local club to see if you might get some help. MINI folks are usually really friendly and helpful!
If you do end up going to a shop, expect $150-200 labor, from what I've seen.

 

My JCW took one hour of shop time, and I think that was with him taking his time.
