Saw this on E-bay. I thought I'd share the HORROR.

E-Bay Horror
Anyone else heading for the Vomitorium?

His, Chile RED all over, Madness intake, Randy's Airbox Mod, Magnaflow Exhaust, BMP spark plug wires, RDR rear sway bar and Helix P/D 15% reduction pulley.
Hers, EB UJ on top and BONE stock.

It's not for my mini. Not my style.
Technically it is well done. While the flames seem to fit for the mini emblem in the center I really don't think that the headlamp art are supposed to be "flames". They seem more angled more like cutting blades. They do suggest flames but don't have the classic lines of flames-checkout the difference with the emblem detail.
So my take on this is- this is meant to be a custom design to dress up the fenders from the front- like jewelry does around the neck. The colors could tone down the look so that a two tone blue on blue might look less obvious than complementary colors like orange on blue or red on green (gives the most shock value to the eye).
Now if this design is part of an overall logo or theme running across elements of the interior and exterior than that would be very cool.

Looks more like Klingon Bat-Leth blades than flames... not suitable for our beloved MINI. Still not as hideous as the flames I saw once on a Cadillac Escalade. Now THAT was truly heinous!
