R50/53 Which type of clutch do you recommend?
One, go with a name brand ie- Spec, Clutch Masters, something like that.

With your mods, I'd say Stage II, III if you plan on more or really drive it hard.
Two, get either your old flywheel machined or a new one. A lightweight Al one is an option. Also check, I believe ARP makes good flywheel bolts that are a definite when replacing the flywheel.
Hells Yeah, 5th Gear!

Just a word of advice. I have a SPEC 3+ in my car. It will take you a little while to get used to it compared to the stock clutch. It's a much different beast. While it's not completely binary like a drag/racing clutch it isn't too far from it. The pedal throw between on and off is far far less than the stock.
That said I like it.

Actually im using Racing clutch too,but seriously i dunno which brand it is. beacause since i bought the car ,the clutch was installed on it.. and now im using the car for 2 years and the clutch still working fine accept last week started to make some vibration and noise when i press the pedal.
so I need somthing well remain at least for 1 or 2 years. with good performance.

I would suggest something like a SPEC Stage 2 (or a 2+). It's a Carbon Kevlar full disc clutch with a sprung hub. It has more than enough clamping force (280 ft/lbs for the 2, 300ft/lbs for the 2+) and it's still friendly. It should have a similar feel to the stock.

Like I said, I have a 3+ and my car is a daily drive. It's nice, very grabby. It just takes some getting used. If that's what you want I would recommend that. Going over a 3 wouldn't be a good idea for anything that would be used on the street because they really are designed for more specialized applications.
IE- an all out drag car that uses an on/off switch style clutch.
I've only been running the new clutch for about 2000 miles now. It hasn't exhibited any signs of a problem. I also stuck with the stock flywheel as it was perfectly fine (no cracking or other nastiness).
After driving a car with a lightweight flywheel it would not be something I would do. It just didn't feel right to me.
