R50/53 Drove Go-Karts for the first time - MINI is better!

I just drove go-karts for the first time the other night. I had a blast, but I was a little disappointed all the same. I keep hearing about how the MINI handles like a go-kart, and I just have to disagree. The go-karts were downright sloppy in comparison! I really wanted to bring Peanut onto the go-kart track to see how well she'd do!

Thank you so much! I just hated reading the "just like a go-cart" reviews! I thought, hell, my Dad took us go-cart driving when I was a kid, this car HAS to be better than that!! and you've proved it!

What kind of go carts were they? were they the kind that you ride at one of those family type amusment parks like scandia? Becuase those kind suck! If you drive the faster high performance ones those are a blast to drive and to race in! I raced some go carts that were imported from switzerland with my cousins at a go cart track and those suckers are FAST! I spun out so much in the corners cuz I was goin too fast.

I like the MINI better also. AC, Stereo, air bag, roof, windshield..... 
But really, I drove a friends race kart. It was a 125cc type with a gear box! I saw my life flash before my eyes. It was unreal. On a road course I hit over a 120mph according to the revs. Aint nuthin like it my friend.
Still shakin like a leaf. But I like it!
