I want to put 20% tint on my tail lights... The thing is that I don't know if they are too dark, so the light cannot be see at night... I don't like to much the 35% one...But I want something good looking and safe.

Could you please post pictures of your tinted tail lights?

I have about 2.5% spray tint on mine...cannot see throught it in the daytime...at night you can see them though..

 

i've got some pics of 20% tail light tint from lamin-x in my gallery on the second page.

 

I got 20% on mine. IN my gallery. The light can definitely be seen at night, and day, too. One pic in my gallery shows them on, during the day. They are harder to see during the day than at night due to contrast characteristics.

I got the smoke ones from Lamin-X, which are supposed to be 20%. However, the flash on my cheapo digital camera makes them look lighter, perhaps. The pic with the lights on is how it looked at the time, though.

 

I've heard a lot of people reccommend Lamin-X, and from what I've seen, they look great!

 

I would suggest getting VHT night shades tint spray...looks amazing imo and you can choose how dark u want it

 

I think that looks good too, but a friend of mine has put it on his tail lights and it wore off within 2 months, not sure why? but it did.

 

I have Lamin-x on mine, and it looks great. I ordered mine from www.mossmini.com. And yes I've heard NightShade's are suppose to be the best thing, and I wish I would have done that.
