Looks good! Get a tint and get rid of the antenna for a shorty! I have to say though I am partial to IB/B....

I LOVE IB. If it had still been around for 06, no doubt I would have ordered one.

I agree with some tint and a shorty... also some aftermarket wheels would be fabulous.

Couple of minor observations:

1. I wouldn't spend mod money on aftermarket wheels (sorry, Jenn). Those are my favorite OEM wheels. Spend that big mod money on some performance mods if you're so inclined.

2. What's the fuzzy stuff on the seats ? Cheap covers ? They GOTTA go...and before you make a deal. She might be hiding shabby upholstery under those things.

3. I know it's Colorado, but snow on the ground in summer ? Yeah, I know... old pics. Let's see what it looks like today !

Why can't you have wheels and mods? I did.

And I had x-lites on both of my cars in stock form. They are light and look way better than the other choices IMO. Well, some of the $$$$$$$$ optional ones are nice but they are far too expensive.

Love the aero kit as well.

Well, of course he can change the wheels to $$$ aftermarket and still do other mods... if he has the resources, of course.

Just sayin'... if he has to choose one or the other, those wheels are sweet enough.

Ps. Don't do the stubby antenna. I bought one and changed back to the OEM antenna... makes the MINI look more like a MINI.

A one owner lady driver also. Can't get a better car than that as she is probably not hard on it at all.

yeah she says she is a very conversavite driver so it has had little to no maintenance issues

as far as the fuzzy **** on the seats she took that off, under is good old black panther leather or whatever that is

no snow there now, haha, ill snap some new pics next time i talk to her

and as far as the tint goes, i agree, it would look sick, but at the smae time i drove a mini with tint and it kinda made it seem smaller to me, i dont know why, but yeah id probably tint it eventually

It's sick? Why do you want it then? I want a healthy car, personally. Guess the seller is hot. Best of luck!

It's got a 2-spoke steering wheel-that's reason enough alone to buy it : )

MINIs hold their value very well. KBB said that in excellent condition, that MINI is worth about 23K. (suggested retail value) Therefore its probably worth about 20K.

All I'd do is black out the beltline, with a black roof that really sets it off well. Tint is at your discretion, I personally don't like it (too Minivannish, and makes the interior look small, but Very Useful if you live in a southern, hot climate). Looks like a decent buy. Check if it's leather or pleather though, that affects the value, and make sure everything works (typical used car buying advice applis, independent mechanic inspection, check Carfax and service records, check the fluids and check for leaks, etc.)

^^^ doesn't premium package = leather?

If people will pay for them, then they'll sell for those prices. That car was what...26K new? If that? So in that regard 20K is a lot, and NOT alot of depreciation. This should be making you folks happy!

Aftermarket wheels are the #2 performance mods as far as best bang for the buck. ALL OEM wheels are concrete weights, Go after some nice light aftermarket wheels and you'll see all the difference in the world

wheels are pretty expensive though...I don't know if its the best bang for your buck. Good wheels and tires are a lot of $$ to save some lbs.

The premium package adds the sunroof, auto a/c, and some other stuff (cruise control/MFSW?) but not leather upholstery. That's another $1k+.

My mistake.

In that case, my KBB estimate was about $1200 too high. I'd say about 19K for this car is a good deal.
