Hood scoop trim ring

I was motoring down the highway the other day, when the trim around the hood scoop on my 2002 MCS flew off. It's gone, and i can't find the part on realoem.com. The dealer calls it a "hood scoop trim ring", and thinks it is installed in some fancy way that requires their bodyshop. I think it looks like it screws back with 4 screws after it is painted. Has anyone had to replace this part on their MCS?

Thanks,
Ian
