Get some PB Blaster and spray it on the hubs a day or so before you want to remove them. (Don't get it on the brakes though!) The wheels will pretty much fall off.
My buddy has a 2500 Silverado and he tried all day to get his wheels off. I sprayed them down and the next day he said they just came right off. I did the same thing when I got new tires on my truck. The guy at the tire store was super happy the rims came right off. He said he was concerned that they were going to have to really work at it. PB Blaster to the rescue again.

I watched a MINI tech wail on the tires with a rubber mallet... they came off alright, lol.
Just REMEMBER, prior to reinstalling the wheels, wipe off the hub and also the inside of your wheels where they mount to the hub and then apply a nice thin layer of heavy grease with your finger... it'll prevent seizures (human and otherwise) and will reduce the amount of rust buildup.
Have fun!
