Hummm...someone ought to answer Twinky's initial question
The online tracking -- Owners Lounge -- is often (not always, but frequently) incorrect for the first week or so that your order starts to show up. My EB/W S first showed up on the Owners Lounge as a DS/W S; and then it was the right color but the wrong wheels/tires; and then it had the wrong interior.... and FINALLY after about a week or two the system got sorted out and everything looked good from there on. If you want, and have time to kill, call your dealer to make sure...but they'll just tell you what I just said. Give it a week or so and you'll see your accurate specs. If your order doesn't appear correct once you get a production date, then you should call just to be sure.
The online system is fun, and can help you pass the time, but don't count on it for terribly accurate info. Your dealer (assuming you don't pester them into avoiding your calls
) and a phone call to MINIUSA will provide much better info.
Welcome to MCO, and good luck!

What happened was this: you got an allocation spot in the factory order that was originally filled by another vehicle (either someone who cancelled or a non-customer MINI for your dealer to sell from the lot).
Your dealer probably made the change to the factory order, but the change hasn't made its way to the Owners Lounge yet. Not unusual.
BUT, make sure the OL is correct within a week or so (not only color but ALL options).

DO NOT WAIT ANOTHER DAY TO CALL YOUR DEALER AND ALERT THEM TO THE ERROR. CONTACT THEM THE MINUTE THEY OPEN THEIR PHONE LINES TOMORROW MONRING!
This same thing happened to me and by the time the problem was looked into I lost my multi-function steering wheel. An option that cannot be retrofitted at the dealership, just like paint. The dealer said if I wanted the multi-function steering wheel I would have to wait another six weeks.
Do not leave the problem sit a minute longer expecting it to correct itself! I speak from direct hands-on (and disappointed) experience.

^ Once again, the issue is one of how long you've waited to check. If your order was submitted several weeks ago (was it?) and you've waited a week or two after that (how long have you waited?) and the system still isn't showing your correct configuration, then yes, you might have reason for concern. But on the other hand, if your order was just submitted and you've noticed on your first check of the OL that there's one inconsistency, DON'T PANIC (with all due regards to Hank).
Scooterboy is right on the money with his explanation.
BTW Hank, it IS possible to retrofit the MFW. I recall seeing BMW/MINI authorized instructions (to dealers) on Gabe's website. Not for the average home-mechanic, but it's clearly possible.
Here's a link (and then select Multi-Function Wheel).
