I am still amazed how women in general love my cooper (get a lot of comments from women) yet I have never seen a woman driving a cooper (this is in Mexico City).
I know that women tend to be more "rational" when buying a car and look for space and little goodies that us guys ignore, but women are supposed to be more passionate than men and buying a cooper is a passionate thing, right?
I´d really like to start seeing women driving coopers around Mexico. Out of 20 Minis that got together on our last meeting, none was owned by a woman.

Me sweetie drives the MINI (when I'm not doing so) and she may be described as: A woman (not a girl, though she has her girlish moments), clear-eyed, intelligent, forward-thinking and definitely free spirited! (Ye gods, do I love her!)
My guess is...any female who wants to and can afford one....regardless of age, nationality, location, background, etc.
Me? I left "girl" behind when I turned 13....I'm now over 50, and am driving my 1st auto-x race next week.....in MY S <---license plate, well..cuz..it's my car.

You go girl!!!!! I too am now over 50 & am going to be taking the MINI driving school course. I've had pretty much experience with my Miata but driving the MINI is like no other car I've ever driven. Who say's us "mature" women can't have fun too.

On my way to the dealer for my MINIs 1st oil change I was stuck in traffic and I saw a pretty young girl in the lane next to me with the exact same MINI as me, she didnt wave or honk or anything, she didnt even look over to acknowledge that I was also in a MINI. Oh well...maybe she should of got a VW beetle
