BeaveRun was a great time

I just want to say Thank you all for a great time at BeaveRun last Saturday.
My wife Jaynee, daughter Katie and myself had great fun finding out what the MINI can really do. The parking lot full of MINI's was a great sight.
We will be back.

is there open-lapping before the one lap of america? I wish i wasnt in shcool!!!! im missing all the fun events! I want to run a few times on the track before the mini cooper challenge :smile:

Yes open lapping on Saturday and Sunday. I'm going Sunday to see what my latest mods do. The head work on top of everything else (cam, pulley, software, TB, etc) is supposed to make 245 crank hp. No way to know exactly but my dyno on the 12th will show whp.

Mike, I saw your post on our club website and we do need help getting driving events organized. As you know, this part of the country is not as strong on events for some reason. I came to Pittsburgh from Texas and they have track events all the time. So let's fix it and have more driving events! Mid Ohio, Nelson Ledges, Beaverun, and other tracks await us.

definitely....i agree. I go to school about 20 minutes from mid-ohio.

I will be there for the Mini cooper challenge. That's the first step to getting there. If it works as well as we hope, it will become more and more often at more tracks

So when you say you'll be there, which meet do you mean? We need to meet up and get things going locally.
