Have you ever been driving and seen things that just make you shake your head wondering what they were thinking?

Today I was out and saw a car on a roll back, or a flat bed truck used to transport cars instead of using a tow truck.

As it passed, I noticed a chain had been run through the front wheels to hold the car on the bed. I wonder what the owner will say when they see the marks all over the wheel.

 

i think their bank is just punishing them for late payments...
