I'll take it! Really, when time comes to replace our Insight, my dad just might get one. It's the perfect hybrid...tiny diesel, good size electric motor, ultra lightweight, and best of all, ultracapacitors for energy storage.

330 mpg!! WOW! It's a neat-looking little thing, too. Kind of reminds me of the little spy vs. spy characters in Mad magazine!

I was astounded when I first saw this car too. It looks like an awesome concept.

The major problem with the vehicle in my opinion is the fact that it's being launched in the land of SUVs and people talking on their cellphones / eating / texting (don't laugh, I've seen it) while driving. Can you imagine how many of these are going to be in blindspot accidents? You're going to need that high-tech safety cage. Maybe the pictures are deceiving and the vehicle is actually bigger than it looks. If it isn't, it's worse than a motorcycle. In addition, at least I can hear motorcycles, when's the last time you heard an insight?

20k for a hybrid that is manufactured in CA. I call BS on this. If it's true, I want to see how much it would cost if it was manufactured in China.

At 850 pounds, it weighs about as much a Honda Gold Wing, too! Very cool indeed, for certain applications, anyway.

Let's see...love the mileage/design, but illegally tinted front windshield, no bumper so the first time you get hit you're toast. Repairs likely cost as much as the whole vehicle. What's it have for shocks?

That might actually be the plan...
