I would be curious to hear the result. It can be very difficult to say what will happen with 100% accuracy. Depends on judge, facts, how you dress.

Here, where I live there is no drivers ed in schools anymore. And more people I know are not letting their kids drive until they are 18.

Maybe I am just too old, but times are not like they were when I was a kid. Seems like good advice. Wait until they are 18 to let them drive.

 

Also depends on the attitude displayed toward the judge. Quite honestly, the flippant, "I don't give a ****" attitude displayed here by the OP is rather off putting and shows little remorse for the violation(s) committed. Hopefully, they will be a little more humble in front of the judge.
