Alrighty folks. The official Goodwood FOS plans have been set up for me and for the Festival itself. I picked a good year to go.

50 Years of the Porsche 911, 50 Years of Lamborghini, 50 Years of McLaren, 40 Years of the WRC, 90 Years of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, 50 Years for the Mini Cooper S and the Lotus Cortina, 60 Years for the World Championship for Sports Cars, European Touring Car Championship, and of course, 20 Years of the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Plane tickets have been purchased and tickets to the FOS and Moving Motorshow have been purchased. Going to bring my handy cam and going to empty my phone of pics so I can have an empty iPhone to fill with car excitement. If anyone has any requests of cars or drivers to keep an eye out for and grab a snap of, let me know here or in a PM.

 

I will be there on Saturday...flying in Thursday night to meet up with the wife and kids who spend a month in Europe every summer, Driving down for FOS on Saturday, London Sunday then off to Paris for a couple days. FOS will be my highlight though.

No, this will be a first for me....been lots of other places, but never Paris.

It is a foodies paradise for sure. You will be surprised at how tall the Eiffel Tower actually is.

Hey there, I'd make too many requests for pictures, so just wondering... Are you putting an album / blog or anything online with all your snaps?

 

Once I get back, I will probably load all of my pictures onto photobucket. I will be uploading to instagram during my trip so that's a good place to see my pics. I am thatcarguyofamerica.
