I have seen it as low as $2.429 here in the San Diego area. After making a foray down to Mission Bay today, I noted that many of the full sized pickups and oversized SUVs cruise at 90MPH+ when the traffic allows. When they slow down, we know gas is getting expensive.

A whole bloody 'ell of a lot...

$2.09 for Premium at the Shell in my town (Hudson, Ohio). Luckily the company pays for it, heh.

I remember like 5 years ago when I put 87 octane in my Jeep for 67 cents!

paid 3 cents less a litre yesterday, than last week
I know it makes no sense, prices are up ,who knows
we got lots of oil,we don't have the the ability to make enough gasoline, that's were the problem lies.No one wants to commit to any fuel right now ,as there is no clear winner in the search for an alternative to gasoline.Did hear on the news yesterday that OPEC will probably increase crude production,to help SLOW the rate of rising gas prises

$2.05 per gallon for premium and $1.94 for unleaded regular.
Not too bad but it's rising and these are the rock bottom prices over here.
Costco is saying they are almost selling at cost. Isn't that the definition of Costco?

...right. I have a very hard time believing that they can build and operate/maintain those huge buildings, hire staff, send me pointless advertising, etc. all on my $50 annual membership fee.

$2.05 for el cheapo no-name premium (?) here in MA. $2.20 for premium from a name-brand station (Mobil, etc.). The prices have jumped about 15 cents/gal in the past week.

I'm seeing more and more Priuses every day. 60mpg (on regular gas) must feel real good about now,

I read an article in Business Week that Costco claims to sell everything at 14% above cost, and that would be at bulk prices. So that explains their deals...

What I think is ubercool around us is how they sell $10,000 diamond rings at Costco!

I paid the most I've ever paid for gas today - $2.119 for 93 octane at Hess in Boston.

I have never in my life until today put $25 of gas into a car.

Remember GWB's campaign palaver about strong-arming OPEC members to increase production?

$2.35 per gallon for REGULAR at a Chevron in Springfield Oregon. Oregon has third highest prices in the nation. I believe California and Nevada are the two highest.

Anywhere from $2.08 to $2.19 at Mobile stations around the Philadelphia area. Prices are taken off like a rocket ship and it isn't even Summer yet.

$1.83 for regular here in Arkansas. Recent driver surveys have shown it will take about $3.50/gal to get people out of their gas hog SUVs and four-wheel drive pickups. Maybe we'll make it.

$2.039 for 93 octane on Monday (looked, did not buy), and on Friday it was up to $2.099. Needless to say I went for the 89 octane as it was just under $2. This is in Charlotte, NC by the way.
