Baffling issue on Volvo 240

Baffling issue on Volvo 240
Basically, I have a 1985 Volvo 245 with a charging system issue. I replaced the alternator, and battery, and im still getting low current output from the alt.. Any suggestions? I have fixed the bad ground from the alt as well.. Should i check fuses? This issue is causing a battery drain
