Why would you want a nissan titan. Its an inferior truck. I have an '08 Ram 4x4 with a Hemi. Best Truck out there for the money in my opinion. I did a lot of research and test drives before choosing. The Titan came in third out of all the trucks I compared. Lifetime powertrain warranty on the dodge as well. Mine Isn't lifted just has 2" leveling kit with 33" Terra Grapplers and its still bigger then my friends F-150 with a 4" lift. I think the 5.4L in the Titan is weak as well. Also there is a lot of great incentives on the Ram right now.

Personally i like the Titans looks much better than the the Ram, we have been working on it for more than two months already so it already ours. But dont get me wrong , the Ram is a good truck we had an 2001 for a few years.Oh and BTW the Titan has a 5.6 L .
I feel like i am cheating on my MINI

As long as you like its thats all that matters. The Titan is one of the best looking trucks lifted thats for sure. The Nissan Frontier is my favorite mid-sized truck. They also look pretty slick lifted. Dodge isn't really a good looking truck lifted, thats why I only did a leveling kit and skid plates. But engine wise nothing beats the hemi....well except a diesel. Hemi 5.7L 390HP @ 5600RPM 407lb-ft @3,950 compared at the 5.6L Endurance Engine at 317Hp @5,200RPM and 385lb-ft of torque @3,400RPM. But im one of those crazy people bent on performance. Also how big of a lift are you putting on? If you go over 4" its a good Idea to Re-gear.

I wasn't even interested in getting s lifted truck like this but it was the only one i could even consider getting at the auction, so i liked it a lot and just decided to goo for it..... if i knew how hard (expensive) it was going to be to fix her up i would have thought a lot harder but I am hopping the moto metal rims with toyo tires wont make too much noise but i know they will!

She is going to be done by Friday hopefully :impat ient:

Oh and BTW its a 6" lift with fabtech parts ....that kit costs too much but i decided to keep what was already on.

If you get the toyo A/T then then you won't notice a lot of road noise. Only usually off-road/Mud Tires make a lot of road noise. Also FAbtech makes a pretty solid lift. What color is it? Im hoping you say Black or White. Black or White Titans with a nice lift look awesome. But I can tell you this now no matter how you drive the truck or what you do with it... it will never be half as fun as the mini is! Enjoy! and Please do post pictures when you get the chance Id love to see it!

Personally, even though I'm not a fan of trucks, I dig the Nissan Titan, and think that is FAR from inferior to American trucks. It's the only REAL foreign truck, and I'd much rather have it than any American truck. But that's me.

My cousin has one. It's pretty awesome. If you have any questions about it let me know and I can relay them to him and see what I can come up with.

Edit: I forgot about the Tundra. It's pretty sweet, too. But doesn't look as good IMO.

I traded my 05 Nissan Frontier in on my MINI. That Frontier is one of the best vehicles I've ever owned. Titans are pretty much the same thing just bigger. Great trucks!

Have you tried ClubTitan.org? Probably the most active Titan forum out there.

We have a Titan at work. Had to buy one since we don't make 'em. It's been beaten on for years - 100k+ miles of sitting around for days/weeks, short trips, and hauling stuff around. I don't have any personal knowledge about it, but no one complains about it and people still take it home on the occasional Ikea weekend, so it has a good rep.

Yah we mostly needed a truck to haul stuff, we go camping and jetskiing a lot (no dirt involved sports) , and we don't have our tundra limited ed. any more.(also a great truck)
