Cars and Coffee May 26th

I am not going to post all of the pics this week :P

Rather I am going to post a taster or two and give y'all linkage to the rest.

So, to start with, we had the twin Vectors - kind of old-hat, they are just old concept cars that live on the SoCal streets.....

Then there was a couple of Bugs

An old Jag

No idea what this is

Another mystery V8

Some pile of crappy 50's thing

Potable Casino

Couple of Porkies

Something green

I want this

There are a lot of detail pics of this in my gallery

A Mazda concept car that was debut'd this morning at Cars and Coffee

then thrashed up and down the road a few times !

Wallpaper sized images are at http://cncpics.com/

enjoy

oh and to answer the question

Hey Max, is that Jag real ?

Is that a Gulstrand (?) Vette?

Someone sells Pinzagauers here. If anyone wants one this guy has about a dozen, and maybe a Unimog.

Thanks for posting the photos.

Yeah, replica, because only 5 or 6 originals are still around and sell for about 5 million.

I hope you're kidding with that remark, Max. That is a great ol' Chevy Bel Air!

Given some of the crazy cars on display there each week, there is every possibility that it is real.

Heck, the D-Type Jag was genuine and the owner collects his daughter from school in it on occasions - pretty much a priceless piece of motoring history and the owner drives it on the street.

There is way too much money in SoCal sometimes.....

and yes Clo, I know what it is, and consider it to be pretty stunning

That may not be a replica - i talked to a guy a while back when I saw it at Crystal Cove and he mentioned that it was the real deal.
