So get someone to coordinate it!
I'm sure Brian (the main guy behind this event) would love to give you guys some pointers on how to set it up, you can contact him from the website on the Contact page.
This was one of the most fun days of my life, I got such a rush while on the track, and it was really neat having so many MINIs in one place (this last year I think there were like 150!!).
