Anyone in the Bay Area have a tensioner tool that I can borrow? Randy Webb said that I could use a pry bar and socket to do it but I am not having success with that method. Or if you have any tips on how to do this, please let me know.

Edit: I bought a 3' long piece of metal bar (1/4"x1") which worked.
