2009 Wine Country Classics - 05/30-31/09

We currently have 21 people signed up for the 2-Day Pass for the 2009 Wine Country Classics at Sears Point, Infineon Raceway on May 30-31. The cost for a single person pass for the weekend is $52 per adult & $40 per teen. Payments should be made by PayPal only. Log on at http://paypal.com and send payment to the email address: paypal@redwoodempiremini.com. Note specifically what the payment is for.

Payment needs to be received by Thursday, May 14th at 9 PM to be included in this group buy. If payment is not received by the deadline, tickets can be purchased directly from Infineon or your favorite ticket reseller at $60 per person per weekend plus transaction fees.

OK. Guys and Gals, I have to admit that I have raced in this event since 1983 and everyone has been great! Visit with us in the Paddock, I will be racing #45 in group 2.

Unfortunately, if anyone wants to be sure to be able to park in the Mini-MINI paddock area, I need payment by PayPal by tonight. Tomorrow morning I have to call in to get the tickets.

If you decide to go without pre-paying for tickets thru REME, it will cost more but you may be able to get into the paddock area if you make your reservation and payment directly with Marc Holmes, Account Executive at Infineon Raceway. His number is (707) 933-3955.

Sales thru REME are officially closed! If you still want to attend I suggest you make contact with Infineon as instructed in my posting above ASAP. It will cost you $60 per ticket plus any handling fees, but you still may be able to get into the paddock / corral area.

I assume so... I think you will just need to tell the people directing traffic. Others can still sign up directly with Infineon and park in the Paddock area as well, just so long as they get their tickets directly from Marc Holmes soon.

All pre-ordered tickets went into the mail tonight, likely not postmarked until tomorrow, but most of you should receive them by Thursday. If anyone else is interested in joining us for the weekend races on May 30-31, please contact Marc Holmes directly at (707) 933-3955. In order to be parked in the paddock area with Minis-MINIs, you must purchase tickets directly from him.

Only 3-4 classics showed up at the Wine Country Classic.... we did have a good number of MINISs in the corral though, around 25 on Saturday and 32 on Sunday... see photos at: http://www.redwoodempiremini.com/mbb...sp?albumid=287
